Abstract
The goal of manufacturing industries to remain competitive today is to minimize the costs of machining operations while respecting the environment. The choice of cutting material in machining plays an important role in improving productivity. Also, the choice of lubrication mode allows ecological machining that is more respectful of the environment. Optimizing cutting operations to minimize lubrication reduces both costs and environmental impact, without affecting the quality of the part. This is the framework for this study. The proposed doctoral subject, an experimental, modeling and optimization study will be proposed in order to evaluate the performance of cutting materials (metal carbide, ceramic and CBN) as well as the mode of lubrication (MQL, abundant and dry lubrication ) when shooting the irons.

الهدف من أن تظل الصناعات التحويلية قادرة على المنافسة اليوم هو تقليل تكاليف عمليات التشغيل مع احترام البيئة. يلعب اختيار مواد القطع في المعالجة دورًا مهمًا في تحسين الإنتاجية. أيضًا ، يسمح اختيار وضع التزييت بالآلات البيئية التي تحترم البيئة. يؤدي تحسين عمليات القطع لتقليل التشحيم إلى تقليل التكاليف والتأثير البيئي ، دون التأثير على جودة الجزء. هذا هو إطار عمل هذه الدراسة. سيتم اقتراح موضوع الدكتوراه المقترح ، دراسة تجريبية ونمذجة وتحسين من أجل تقييم أداء مواد القطع (كربيد المعادن والسيراميك و CBN) بالإضافة إلى وضع التزييت (MQL ، التزييت الوفير والجاف) عند إطلاق النار على الخطوط.

Le but des industries manufacturières pour rester compétitives aujourd’hui, est de réduire au maximum les coûts des opérations d’usinage tout en respectant l’environnement. Le choix du matériau de coupe en usinage, joue un rôle important dans l’amélioration de la productivité. Aussi, le choix du mode de lubrification permet un usinage écologique plus respectueux de l'environnement. L'optimisation des opérations de coupe en vue de minimiser la lubrification permet de réduire à la fois les coûts et l'impact environnemental, sans altérer la qualité de la pièce. C’est dans ce cadre que s’inscrit cette étude. Le sujet de doctorat proposé, une étude expérimentale, de modélisation et d’optimisation sera proposée afin d'évaluer les performances des matériaux de coupe (carbure métallique, céramique et CBN) ainsi que le mode de lubrification (MQL, lubrification abondante et à sec) lors du tournage des fontes.
